There’s something special about finding the perfect spot to pause, breathe, and take in the scenery. At Stone 2 Furniture, we design pieces that don’t just fill a space—they literally invite you to them. One of our favorite ways to do that is with the Colorado Buff Stone Deep Set.

Recently, we had the joy of building a deep set in Snowmass, Colorado, where the surrounding mountains and aspen trees provide a view that shows off this amazing planet we live on! The family wanted chairs that would stand up to snowy winters without worry, while offering pure comfort for year-round enjoyment. The answer was simple: a timeless, handcrafted deep set in Colorado Buff stone.

Built for Comfort

Our Deep Set Chairs are thoughtfully designed with a special seat and back angle that provides excellent support and relieves pressure points. The result? A chair you can sink into for hours, whether you’re sipping morning coffee, reading a book, or watching the stars above. I can only imagine how incredible it will be cuddling up cozy under a throw looking up at all the stars at night, from this view!

Inspired by Nature

The Colorado Buff stone brings warmth and elegance to any setting. Its tones range from soft cream and beige to golden browns, with unique markings that make every piece one-of-a-kind. We source our stone from many different quarries in Northern Colorado, Arizona and the Western Slope. For this Snowmass project, we selected stone with dramatic rich golden variations—echoing the drama and unique style of our customers surrounding landscape.
