Gallery Ship
The Wiford Gallery provides professional crating, shipping, and insuring for any artwork acquired from Wiford Gallery. We ship both nationally and internationally. Times for shipping quotes and deliveries vary based on location, crating methods, and fluctuations in shipping costs.
If you have placed an order through the
wifordgallery.com website, an Art Dealer will contact you within one business day to review your shipping options. In addition, Wiford Gallery provides tracking information to collectors for all shipments.
Unless otherwise requested, Gallery ship orders typically arrive at your door within 2-3 weeks. Due to recent experiences of delays within shipping companies, shipping times may get extended; unfortunately, Wiford Gallery can no longer guarantee any specific delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding.
Economy Dropship
The "Economy Dropship" shipping category only applies to Lyman Whitaker Wind Sculptures. Your Wind Sculpture will be made to order, then shipped directly from the artist's studio. In most instances, choosing this method guarantees the lowest price for professional crating, shipping, and insurance. However, wait times currently run several weeks longer than items shipped from Wiford Gallery stocks. Economy dropship orders arrive in 6-8 weeks or sometimes longer for Sub-Huge or larger sizes (until further notice).
In-Store Pickup
You may also schedule pick up your artwork from the Wiford Gallery, located at 403 Canyon Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87501. Wiford Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5 pm, and Sundays, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. *An Art Dealer will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to confirm availability for in-store pickup.
Damaged Shipments
Though unlikely, if a piece of your new artwork arrives at your home damaged during commercial shipping, the Wiford Gallery team will provide you with the appropriate services/actions to ensure you receive your art in perfect condition.
If your artwork got damaged in shipping, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork, and contact your Art Dealer or our Shipping Director at

Note: The Lyman Whitaker Wind Sculptures provide a warranty for added assurance in the unlikely and rare event of a defect.
All purchases with Wiford Gallery are final.
